Ride Kenya

Ride Kenya Mobile Horse Safaris boasts access to one of the largest expanses of African Bushveld and Wildlife.  Operating in over 1.4 million acres in south eastern Kenya which includes the highlights of Amboseli and Chyulu Hills - the area is packed with wildlife and silently watched over by the mighty Kilimanjaro!

Ride Kenya has a herd of 22 well schooled horses that are fit to handle many variables and a variety of terrains.    They have been personally selected and trained by a very professional team.  You have the option of day outings or multi day itineraries.
Riders do need to have an intermediate level of fitness and intermediate riding capabilities.  Your typical riding day consists of about 4 - 7 hours in the saddle.  You will also have the opportunity to enjoy game drives, bush walks and night game drives.
There are 2 multi-day itineraries options that you can look at participating in:  The Chyulu Hills Ride which is Ride Kenya's signature horse safari; or The Amboseli Ride, known as one of the world's most thrilling!  Both itineraries are 7 days and there are a range of guaranteed departure dates where guests will join a group.  There is also the option of custom dates for those looking for a private departure.  A minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 riders will make up any group.

You are accommodated in a luxury tented camp.  Your tents are extremely comfortable and the experience is reminiscent of the safaris of old.  Enjoy wrought iron twin or double beds, fine linen, en-suite bathrooms, and high levels of service and provisions.  The team looking after you is very hands on and will ensure a full service experience for guests.  The camp is moved ahead and set up while you enjoy your days riding.

The opportunity of meandering among 38 species of large mammals including the Big 5, is an experience unrivaled in Africa.....here is where you get to explore true wilderness.
