Your flight will be directly into Dar es Salaam. From Dar you will be flying to Southern Tanzania and the less well known but wild - Selous Game Reserve. The Selous is one of the last remaining pristine wilderness areas in the world. Off the traditional Tanzanian Safari circuit, no permanent human habitation and no permanent structures are permitted here. The Great Rufiji River, the largest River in East Africa, runs through the Selous and has formed several large lakes en-route to the Indian Ocean.

Selous Safari Camp is set on the shores of one of these lakes -Lake Nzerakera. The Camp blends in beautifully with its natural surroundings.
