Privacy is the new luxury at Ulusaba Cliff Lodge: guests can slip in quietly by private charter to the Ulusaba airstrip and within minutes their personal ranger whisks them up to their clifftop eyrie with its private and secluded villas. Cliff Lodge has one villa with one main suite and a second bedroom or study (ideal for one adult or two children) and a large private pool (known as Cliff Lodge 1), whereas Ulusaba Cliff Lodge 2 is slightly smaller with one bedroom and has its own private Jacuzzi. Both are discreetly designed for privacy and you could simply hide out here for days gazing at the views.

Hired out exclusively, it can accommodate five adults and four children. There's also a gym and a small spa at Cliff Lodge 1 so your therapist comes to you - the ultimate in luxury. Alternately you can leave your sanctuary and venture out for game drives or explore the local Shangaan community to see Ulusaba's community projects just outside the Sabi Sand reserve.
