Each of the six chalets at the Islands of Siankaba has been built with teak and custom-made canvas and the suites are raised above ground level in a canopy of trees. They have idyllic balconies extending over the river, ensuring that guests can while away hours basking in the natural surrounds and even spotting some wildlife visiting the water. Guests can choose between twin and double bed options, and an air of luxury pervades all the rooms with high-quality imported fittings complementing the rustic charm of the natural materials used in the construction of the chalets. The privately owned islands provide a pristine sense of privacy and tranquillity, while adrenaline-inducing whiteriver rafting and bungee jumping trips are a hop, skip and a jump away in nearby Livingstone.
