Built in typical Frontier style,Kwandwe Great Fish River Lodge features stone walls, thatch roofs and long wooden walkways. An abundance of natural materials were used in both the construction and the interior decorating of Kwandwe Great Fish River Lodge, creating a seamless blend of inside and outside spaces.
The accommodation at Kwandwe Great Fish River Lodge consists of nine spacious, luxurious suites – each complete with its own private plunge pool, located on a private deck. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead onto the balconies and afford guests magnificent vistas of the bushveld surroundings.

The main area of the lodge are characterised by soaring ceilings and huge stone chimneys, as well as cosy spaces filled with dark leather armchairs, gleaming antiques and striking, deep-coloured rugs.
With African bushveld views stretching as far as the eye can see into the horizon, guests are spoilt with regular sightings of animals such as a majestic kudu, grazing in the lush and fertile water’s edge.
