A little while ago, the African Safari Consultants Facebook page received a tremendous outpouring of support which truly overwhelmed all of us here. To give something back, we decided to partner with the Uthando Organisation and help them out financially with one of their current projects (more here). We’re pleased to be able to report back with some good news!
African Safari Consultants made a donation to Uthando to put towards the construction of a new jungle gym at the Thokozani Borthers Youth Development Project in Cape Town, South Africa, and construction is now complete.
TheThokozani Brothers Youth Development Project now boasts a wonderful jungle gym for the younger children of the area. This is the only facility of its kind in the entire informal settlement of Town 2 for all the children to play on, and the youngsters are absolutely loving it!
Uthando Organisation was able to build this facility through the continued donations of kind-hearted people the world over. It’s organisations like this that are making really positive strides, and we’re very proud to associate with them. We trust the jungle gym will provide countless hours of healthy fun for years to come!
