Arrive at Entebbe Airport and your transfer will be waiting to take you to The Boma Lodge, a short drive away from the Airport. Settle into your comfortable room and enjoy the peaceful setting of this restored colonial homestead. While you are here you can enjoy a trip across Lake Victoria to Ngamba Island. The island houses the Chimpanzee Sanctuary where guests can view feeding close up and also enjoy a talk from the Staff. The sanctuary is home to orphaned Chimpanzees who are unable to be returned to the wild and is an amazing educational opportunity. Entebbe is a small town and you are free to explore or relax at the Lodge.

Sitting face to face with these incredible creatures is a privilege and an experience that will remain in your memory forever. Trekking can be strenuous and sometimes the gorilla communities can be a few hours hike away.
