Arriving at Kilimanjaro Airport you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the highest Peak in Africa โ€“ Kilimanjaro, especially if you arrive in the morning. Your transfer will be waiting to take you to Arusha Coffee Lodge on the outskirts of Arusha Town.Arusha Coffee Lodge is a luxury boutique hotel situated on the biggest coffee plantation in Tanzania. The lodge has been designed around the original farms plantation homes, therefore exuding a relaxed colonial atmosphere. There are 18 lavishly furnished plantation houses. The sister to Dunia, Sayari is located in the northern Serengeti. There are 15 luxury tents that make up Sayari, blending in perfectly to the landscape. The tents are en-suite, have king size beds and beautiful views from your veranda onto the plains. The area up here is vast and far off the tourist track. It is home to lion, leopard, cheetah, elephants and large herds of antelope. The close proximity of the Mara River means the setting is perfect for that annual migration of Wildebeest who have to cross these dangerous waters.

Transfer by light aircraft today from the northern Serengeti to Arusha. From Arusha you will transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Enjoy the scenic trip over the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Arrive in Zanzibar and your transfer will be waiting to take you to Matemwe Retreat in the North East of the Island, about one hour from Stonetown. The region is famous for its white sandy stretches of beach and the turquoise Indian Ocean. The Mnemba Atoll is just off the mainland with amazing coral reefs, good for diving and snorkeling!
